I (28F) and he (41M) have been together for 2 years now.. He's not super secretive and talks about his family and friends but none of them know about us being together. Even if someone call them while he's at my place, he'll respond something like "I'm at home, napping" or "I'm just somewhere quiet". What's his deal?
