She probably is asking if you're waiting for any friends, if so "she'll serve you something while you wait patiently". I wouldn't read into it too much.

I was ordering a beer and changed my mind to another beer. And I said I wanna change that. Could that have come across rude? Also at the end of it when I was paying I meant to leave a tip but didn’t operate the machine right and also didn't have enough coins. Felt bad. I don’t she liked me. Said that’s okay with one of those millisecond smiles and then the neutral look. Like I said feel bad I my part.

I wouldn't necessarily come that across as rude, it's simply a client changing their mind on a drink; however, if she was handing it to you at the table and then you changed your mind at that moment, forcing her to fetch you another beer instead, I personally would have been annoyed. When you stated that she said it was "okay with one of those millisecond smiles and then the neutral look" it sounds like she's trying to maintain a professional look around a customer. As I said, don't feel too bad about it, she probably is too tired and exhausted at the moment probably working extra shifts for the entire day, since I assume it's almost midnight over there which is a busy time.
