Why is he ignoring me?

I have a crush on a guy that works with me, we see each other every day. We have (had) a good relationship, he plays with me and he teases me every day, ALL day.. anyway by his behavior I could not tell if he was into me or not so I decided to make a bold move and confess my feeling to him.. well, it went wrong I guess. I texted him that I liked him, and got no answer, the day after he did not talk to me at all, he didn’t even look me in the eyes. And now it’s been 3 days, and it’s still the same.. why isn’t he answering? What is wrong with him? Does he think I’m not even worthy of having an answer? Please help.. I don’t know what to do and how to behave around him.

I would just be you. The longer you remain you, the more comfortable he will become. One can not take it back but one can act like it is no big deal. It is likely that he feels guilty for not being able to be comfortable with making you happy.-I am pretty sure this is part of his distance. It is like you guys just met BECAUSE neither of you are who you each thought you were...
