What does it mean when a guy leaves a paragraph on seen?

There’s this guy I’ve been talking to, his behavior shifted overnight. When I asked why, he accused me of something I didn’t do. Whenever I explain my stance he ignores, last thing I sent a very heartfelt paragraph explaining things. I was left on seen.

is there a chance of him coming back after this? I don’t care about the relationship I need him to understand that he did me wrong

The title means bad things. The text you added means worse: he is manipulating you.
FIrst of all, ghosting (and not forgetting to reply to a very casual message, and this is not the case of a casual message because it was in the middle of a fight), is a manipulative technique, regardless. And it worked because it makes you crave for his contact now.
From what you describe, if you really didn't do anything disrespectful, it looks like he got randomly paranoid about something but instead of working on himself, sorting it out or communicating with you in a normal mature way about his doubts, decided to go all deep into that and throwing faults at you for his own unpredictable insecurities. This is slimy and childish, but most importantly it's manipulative. This is passive aggression. He is trying to make you feel guilty just for the sake of his broken ego to not deal with his own problems, and it gives you a signal: in a context of a relationship, your roles would be very unbalanced because you would have to predict all the ways he could feel, in order to not make him go hyper offended and passive aggressive, like a mother to a child, a caregiver or something, who has always a higher responsibility, has to keep an extra eye, has to be extra nurturing, etc. A relationship with a person like this (or who "solves" conflicts in this way, by manipulating through guilt and throwing his crap to the partner), will drain your sanity, positivity and energies, because they don't respect boundaries and roles. Don't let him win that, don't allow yourself to be desperate because it's exactly his game and the most you forgive him, the most you will reward and reinforce his dysfunctions, leading him to settle that this is the norm to accept. It shouldn't be.
I've been partner of 2 borderline guys, and the behaviour you describe is something I lived a lot, and I know what I say. Now I am really, really allergic to any early sign of such bs. Expect (and demand) mature basic communication skills in solving conflicts as a mandatory requirement to have a relationship with you, for any guy.
Now, what will happen to you is that if you ignore this baby completely from now, he will notice his game is starting to not work anymore and will crave back for your attention, apologizing and trying to be sweet and vulnerable, to win you back, possibly doing like if nothing happened and inducing you to forget about that (and you shouldn't). Deeply, very likely, he knows you didn't do anything wrong, if you really didn't, already...

His motivation is clearly immature and weird!

Know you're worth more and don't fall to the stupid games of other people..

You're young and have a whole life ahead of you many guys will come and go just ask yourself if he is already being immature and ridiculous then why bother now it's only going to continue into something more harmful and become more hurtful!

Move on and find someone who's worth you're time and love!

People out there who'd treat you like a queen don't make do with the one who will treat you like crap!
