No it was not amicable, pretty sudden, a 180° switch. He was the one who broke it off and said that right now he doesn’t want a relationship. We didn’t talk for two months, I don’t reach out or even look at his social media but he looks at mine. But then after two months of not reaching out, he texts me when it’s 12 am my time (currently overseas visiting family) he knows I am asleep and work at 5 am, all to say that he watched a movie, but he only started to watch at the end of it, and thought that I would like it. And it’s not his type of movie at all. Like at all.

He decided to continue his studies in Germany, so after going back home he will be there for 5 months and then go to Germany.

It’s not that, it’s just that it doesn’t make sense how it applies to me. He wants sex? How the hell is he going to get sex from me or whatever if we are 8,000 miles apart , 16+ hours of a time difference, busy schedules, he knows I won’t do shit for him or with him if we aren’t in a relationship, and he’s never coming back to our city or just in the US in general and I have no plans to even be in Europe. It doesn’t make sense. At all. He didn’t want a relationship and wanted to have fun in his life having cheap experiences, now he has the power to do so. So yea I do understand you guys logic, and if still lived here or even in the Us in general it would be a bit more reasonably to think of. But in our condition it’s impossible, it’s even impossible from our distance to rekindle our relationship.
