after the breakup (im the dumper because he disrespected me) i kept begging and texting him for 2 months to give us a chance to fix our relationship and get back together but he always respond with no we should cut off with each other and he said that he doesn’t want me anymore in his life and he started following ton of girls on ig so i started the no contact rule but after 1 month he texted me to blame me and only to say he doesn’t want me and not to apologize so I don't know why he did that

The guy is salty. He expected and probably enjoyed you begging so much for him because it fed his ego, made him feel like a trophy. As he’s already proven, he likes to disrespect you and I’m sure that stems from something else. Anyway, I highly doubt he thought you’d back off for good, and I hope that him thinking you have so little self control or respect for yourself motivates you to stay away.
When you’re having hard or weak moments, please remind yourself that those feelings are normal — it’s a break up. Also, keep what he’s done at the forefront of your mind. He won’t change, you can’t fix the relationship or him, and that’s ok, it’s not your job to fix broken shit. Close that chapter of your life for good and let go. You need happiness with a respectful man that will never take you for granted. He’s out there.

Nothing is simple when it comes to walking away from someone you’ve been holding on to for so long. In this case, you’re only making it much harder for yourself because you refuse to sever the lines of communication.
It’s like you’re hitting the reset button each time you make even a bit of progress. As a result, you will never get a chance to really start healing, making it harder and harder for yourself let go. Please stop allowing this man opportunities to obliterate your self worth and confidence. You must stop yourself from repeatedly giving him the opportunity to hurt and gaslight you because you know what? It’s only going to make him feel “faultless”, when he wasn’t.
