My guy friend said we only cuddle/spoon platonicly and I said it wasn't platonic to me and I just feel like I've made a fool out of myself. I honestly feel a bit crushed and embarrassed. He's a really good friend to and I'm worried its ruined everything.

You shouldn't be worried. Cause while cuddling/spooning he's had thoughts about having sex with you. That's the "feelings" he's having.

It's completely normal to say how you are feeling even if it ends the friendship.
