Why do guys orbit?

I am curious as to why guys orbit, such as watching every Facebook story, and liking posts, if you ( as a guy) do not actually respond or speak with the person? It just seems odd to me. If I don’t want to know someone, I don’t like their posts or watch anything they post.

Because this is how they act with many women not you specific so to you it may feel good but to guy they are just going through there friends list

I don’t think it feels good. I find it weird because I don’t engage with people on social media unless I plan on meeting them in person.
