What about starting a black baptist church. they are out there. It is your best shot as what you are seeking is a Biblical man. And he is seeking a Proverbs wife (Search). And, you both will be seeking an Ephesians 5(search) Spouse.-Man and Woman directions there. See if those fit the life you would care to live. If so, a Bible believing African-American Baptist church. Search Tony Evans and listen. I know the continental USA and Asia pretty well in this area.
