How can I attract a white guy as a black girl?

I am a dark skinned black woman who loves white men. I have been attracted to white guys for as long as I can remember, it's nothing new. I know that not a lot of white guys are into black girls, but some are. There are so many hot white guys at my college and I'd love to date one of them. However, I don't how to attract one, or notice if I have.
As I mentioned before I am dark skinned, I have a medium length hair, I am skinny and short. I don't really have a style I just wear what I think looks good. I do have big lips and a big nose, also I have a baby face. Idk?

Honestly, while some of the so called stereotypes might be true, most are just really general things that guys (many guys, no matter what race) like.

I'm going to like different things from probably many of the other guys here. I may have a lot in common with a smaller grouping of guys. I'm shy, I'm a huge geek, I'm a Christian, I am self employed. I don't get into sports, I don't drink a lot. I love zombie movies.

So I'd answer differently because what I like is not going to appeal to some. How I might "approach" a girl is usually different from how a lot of guys approach... I think.

As trite as it may sound, be a great version of you (I always hate the whole "be yourself" thing because it's over used, and it's not always the best advice... if "you" (in a general sense, not you specifically, of course) feel "your natural self" is scared to talk to any man at all, that's not going to help you. If "you" think your naturally always tempermental and angry, then it's best that you find some ways of letting things go... you don't just go, "Oh, that's just who I am! I'll keep doing what I'm doing!")

Some guys will be interested. Some won't. Find a guy that will be your type. If you're more attracted to white guys, that's fine. But find things that you might like to do that guys will like to do, and go from there.

Race doesn't matter to me personally; It's important that a woman and I get along, maybe that we have a similar sense of humor, similar faith, and like many of the same things (oh, and that I think she's cute), whether or not I like her family, and hopefully a similar background (though that's not always a big deal).

Well as a white Canadian (There is like less than 1% black population here) It's really hard to tell what may not be working, but from what I have noticed you have to be extra careful not to do things people may view as stereotypical. Unfortunately in this society many people are very fast to judge, especially judging black people. As I have learned from talking to my best friend, who is black, he noticed as soon as he says or does anything viewed as stereotypical "black" people immediately stop taking him seriously.

So my main advice to you is just put the best part of your personality forward, physical attraction is something you can't force on someone, some white guys will find you attractive just as they will find any other girl attractive. Your job is to find one of these open minded white guys and show him what you got!

I agree, however, I think I've been judge harshly by my own race sadly. I was bullied for a long time for being as they say an "Oreo" or "White Washed".

All through school I got bullied a lot too, for various things, they will pretty much use anything they can find on you against you, for example someone who is "cool" can be overweight and no one will care, but as soon as someone who is "uncool" is overweight they will call you a fatty.

My point is that there will always be these people in the world who judge you and the fact is even if they are black themselves they are still racist. The only way you can really enjoy what you want to enjoy in life is to ignore these people and be who you want to be.

I hear you sista. I'm Indian and I only date white guys, as do many of my Indian and Asian friends. However, the problem I have is keeping them. Still, I'd rather date many different white guys than be stuck with some Indian, Asian or Middle-Eastern guy.

First things first, white men are generally attracted to hot black girls. But chances are will never ask you out. Because our world view does not involve us being with a black woman. I'm def. more of the mixed look than the black look so it's not AS MUCH of an issue but it's definitely a lifestyle thing because you can never quite know for sure if they like/dislike that you are black but you kind of have to just feel them out and be strong within yourself. Once you start talking to one and you're flirting and things start getting real don't let yourself go there with yourself in terms of feeling insecure about your racial differences. Be confident that race doesn't matter but of course be aware that, to some people, it might.

IMO, it's a combination of race and sex inequality

The media promotes white men. That's not hard to see; when non-whites are put into key roles, they usually only exist as a stereotype. White men are also powerful, although that seems to be changing now, with the rise of Asia and possibly other regions.

In general, men want sex, women want popularity. Many will be offended at this, but there are loads of studies showing that women's romantic interest in a man is heavily based in how much other women want him, and how much power he has. I'm sure if a lot of girls think back, they'll find this to be true.

Basically means that men want something with tits and ass, and women want something with high status, power, and social acceptibility.

Race is a huge factor in status/power, and is gauged at a moment's glance, unlike other factors. So it shouldn't be surprising that American women of all races generally prefer white guys. If the media/power changes, so will dating trends
