I told my guy friend of 1.5 years that i liked him. About a month later he mentions the conversation and basically says he likes me but doesn't know what he wants. A month after that he acts jealous if he thinks im on a date or not spending time with him. I'm confused and unsure how to continue with him.

Ask him? Be brave, deep breath, let it all out. And don't let him fob you off - does he want a relationship with you or not, because you can't put your life on hold while he decides what to do. That's not fair on either of you.
