My personal definition would be a "girl next door" type, wearing a sun dress or a skirt and blouse, nothing especially tight, form-fitting, or revealing, but still very much feminine. She may be wearing some makeup, but doesn't look overly made up - if she's got makeup on, it's applied so as to appear natural. Nothing she's wearing is a big brand, especially expensive, or sexual/revealing, but it's also decidedly feminine. Her hair is definitely NOT cut short - it's shoulder-length at minimum, with longer generally being better.

I would say that, to at least 70% of men, when they think of a woman they want to be in a relationship with, and even potentially marry/have children with, THIS is what they're thinking of. Simple, basic, grounded, feminine, and beautiful. This is the girl you "take home to mother."

I realize that this isn't always a practical outfit (I know what winter is), nor is it appropriate for officewear in a lot of jobs, but lots of women don't adopt this look even when it's the ideal look for the weather and activity.

I realize you're going to get MORE male attention when you're wearing super tight clothes, or revealing club dresses, or whatever, but you're only going to get SEXUAL attention that way. If you want to attract "relationship attention", you want to turn UP the femininity and turn DOWN the overt sexuality and especially avoid anything that looks remotely high-maintenance. To most men, when we see high-maintenance, we immediately equate that to "I'd fuck her, but I definitely don't want to have to DEAL with her." The same with a girl who is dressed sexually - either wearing revealing or very tight clothing - men see you as "only good for sex." You'll get lots of attention, but for the most part, it's not the kind of attention you want, unless you are truly just looking for casual sex. And do I even need to say that a woman adopting a masculine look is mostly going to be avoided by men, or at best, will be friend-zoned by men. Most men - and ESPECIALLY the men that most women want - have ZERO interest in a woman who dresses or acts in masculine ways - it's a huge turn-off for most men.

While I haven't heard of Ultra Femininity, I really love seeing girls wearing dresses if they are just walking across the street or having a fun chilled day somewhere.

While somewhere like the beach, water park, or pool than yes I definitely enjoy seeing girls get all sexy and wearing a bikini.
