I taken the wrong card with me. I didn’t have cash on me so he paid but I offered to transfer him the money for my drinks / food the next the day but he didn’t seem to care although he said he isn’t interested in seeing me again as we didn’t have much chemistry

It's embarrassingly, but what are you going to do? I mean what does it matter since you aren't seeing him again? If he judged you, then he judged you. I wouldn't even worry about it.
However, you definitely should Venmo him your share of the date. Doesn't matter that he didn't seem to care. It's the right thing to do.
