Guys, How to know a man?

I was at work, I told my manager, that I got this customer because he was my favorite. I handed the customer what he came for and said hi to the customer. When I close the drive window, I seen my manager was looking. He had said something. I told him, that I have favorite customers. From the way he said it sounded like he got jealous from when my favorite customer came to the window. My manager said, I can't have favorite customers. I responded, don't get jealous in a joking way. He does have a girlfriend. I was telling my close coworker friends right in front my manager, that the manager got jealous and said I can't have favorite customers. My manager heard, but, I seen he didn't say nothing and hurry up back in his office. He asked about my daughter a lot. He kept joking with me and I felt like he was flirting. Do you think he got jealous? When I told my coworkers, how would a man react? Why would my manager ask about my daughter on how she is doing? Do you think, my boss likes me when he still has a girlfriend.
