How to call out an ex boyfriend who is using a meme account to follow your IG?

A guy I dated in college (around 5-6 years ago) has been using a meme account to follow me on IG however he has blocked me on his main account. I know the meme account is his, having looked at who it follows and it only has Spanish followers (he’s Spanish) and I’m the only Italian he follows.

About a year ago, he had also accused me of drawing pictures of him and I (I draw couple pics) using an anonymous website.

why would he still follow me?
