Guy friend didn't wish me happy birthday?

Does it mean anything if my guy friend/the guy I like doesn't wish me a happy birthday?

I went away for my birthday to see family and everyone else in my friend group text me happy birthday except him. Someone else in my friend group sent a group selfie saying "happy birthday from us all" and he was in that picture but he still never text me?

A few weeks ago, that same friend who text me the group photo, it was her birthday and she also went away. He text her a group photo with me, him and others in it saying happy birthday... so did he not wish me happy birthday because he doesn't like me?
