This guy has been hot and cold with me for months. He basically talks to me when he feels like it.

Yesterday was my birthday. He watched all of my posts on Snapchat and saw it was my birthday. He didn’t even wish me a happy birthday.

I’m tired of his games. Am I wrong for wanting to move on?

No. Not telling you happy birthday showed exactly where you stand in his mind and obviously you’re not a priority. I’m pretty sure you just like a lot of others take their birthday seriously and if someone who’s supposed to be a part of your life can’t even congratulate you for making it another year... they’re not needed. Why bother yourself with someone like that? Just move on, and if he begins to chase you, question him about him being so cold with you. If he doesn't come after you, then there's your answer.
