when he fall ill, have vacation, etc.. I would say something pleasant by wishing him. but when it's my turn , he never wish me such things... he even seems not happy to see me had vacation.

he told me that he really care about me.. but I don't see it.. 💔

funny thing, I noticed my another guy friends keep asking me how am I doing.. even tho we are not close.

Actions speak louder than words. If he is saying he cares about you but he isn't showing you he cares. I would take it he doesn't care at all.
