Why the guy still not unfollow me on Snapchat, he left me on read?

2 days ago I met this dude on app, he ask for my snap but I didint want a give my original because I don’t know him well yet but as we got to know each other and saw we had good connection, I decided wanted to add him in my original snap but something happen where when I screen shot his profile, it screenshot our conversation.. I was so embarrassed that I was in panic mode that I was afraid to tell the truth because he think I’m a stalker so instead I lie to him telling him that my phone is messed up but then later I caved and told him the truth, he was so upset with me that even when I explain the situation he didint care, his whole mood and behavior change since that moment and I told him I’m very sorry how bad I felt for lying and he said you owe me some nude pics and I was like not going give to hiM but he couldn’t stop talking about naked pictures that I had to confront him tell him to change the subject because it was getting annoying and I ask him if he still mad at me me and he said yes and I told him how very sorry I was and left me read and never talk to me

Honestly he may not even be mad anymore and just talking to someone else he connected more with. It happens sometimes with online dating. Anyway, you only knew him a couple days so don’t take it to heart. Keep looking and you’ll find someone else to talk to.

True, it was a dumb thing to be mad about. But honestly I think you’ve made it a bigger deal in your mind than it actually was. So you took an accidental screenshot, big deal, I’ve done it a million times even by my hand just slipping. I’m sure he has done it too. But I don’t think that’s the reason he’s gone silent, I just think his focus is elsewhere. If it would make you feel better then you could always delete him as well.

I agree, but I do think everything happens for a reason (I know it’s cliche). Like since he was talking about nudes that may mean he’s not looking for anything serious so it was better not to get involved anyway, you know? He sounds immature anyway to get upset over that, which to me is another bullet dodged.

Also, if you are still feeling embarrassed or any of that, please don’t, and stop beating yourself up. It was a genuine mistake, don’t make it worse in your mind just because he ghosted. It just means he wasn’t serious.

How much respect could he have built in a couple days? How much true disappointment could there be on his end after knowing you in so little time? I just think he was a fuckboy, and found someone else more in line with what he wants. It happens.

Exactly. There’s sooo many fish in the sea, even if you haven’t met the right guy yet, he will come eventually. This was not the right guy. I would delete him and move on, don’t give him the opportunity to come back.

The funny thing is we spend hours at night talking on the phone because he said he's Christian and he’s looking for wife and I same way, I thought he was genuine with me but honestly i don’t even know him that well to believe in just 1 full day call

Guys will say anything to get what they want, and what girl doesn’t want to hear that the guy is looking for a wife and all that? Personally I don’t fall for words anyway, it’s just creating potential but nothing is actually happening, if that makes sense. Like you can talk with someone about wanting a big house, 2 boys 2 girls, wealth, nice cars etc but that’s building a dream, it’s not current reality. He definitely exposed himself though with the nudes, and showed his intentions aren’t pure. I’ve been with my boyfriend now for almost a year, he’s a very devout Christian and not once has he asked for nudes.

Yeah Exactly! I don’t believe any words when a guy open his mouth, I just let them talk but I don’t believe until there actions proves who they really are and if he try’s to message me again I’m freaking ignore him just like all the guys that mess with me

Yeah I had one guy told I’m not looking for anything serious and i just okay goodbye, but kept annoying me and bothering and liking my pictures but when a guy not looking for anything serious why I’m a waste my time, go somewhere else

I think a lot of that is the thrill of the chase. Like if you don’t want them then they’re really wanting your attention, then once you do want them it’s ghosting, less effort, rudeness, etc. Really horrible behavior but at least then you can know to cut him off lol.
