But his argument about *cheating men still having value* is kind of ridiculous because it comes from a very shallow place. Like a REALLY dumb technicality.

A woman would only stay with a cheater because they are usually the bread winners, and they don't have any other immediate options to think of. At this point, it's just to survive.

But the future of that relationship is doomed... because the woman now feels inadequate and no longer trusts her partner. If she had the means to support herself, she would probably leave him that very second.

1. We know through experience that a woman that cheats and is caught is likely to continue cheating and be more careful not to be caught. A man is more likely to forgive her because finding another woman is difficult, and in divorce, men get financially raped.

2. We also know that when a man cheats he is less likely to do it again simply because the potential consequences are severe - winding up alone and divorce and loss of child custody and money.

Women can always find another man - a man cannot always find another woman.
