I live im nyc and just saw a little baby rat or mouse in broad daylight hanging out under a car... she's so cute. Am I weird?

I tried to get her closer. Too bad i didn't have food for her. Or actually i do. I have a bar with peanut in it. XD

She had tiny little round ears and she was so cute!
