Most women are always going to punch above thier weight. The have to learn where thier marketability lies. Either by being dicked and dumped or by being flat out rejected.

Some girls are just shy, if they don't approach you, then just go up to them, be casual and ask for a coffee or something, get to know them, that sort of thing. If you're so critical on their appearance, perhaps dating isn't for you.
