Does she know he doesn't like her especially in that way? If she doesn't know maybe tell her. Tell her she needs to move on and find someone else

He hasn't made any sort of move on her. They aren't even proper dates either. He also give her a lot of excuses and leaves her for weeks saying he's busy

For some people they need to hear the words directly that they aren't interested unless he himself does or someone point it out to her she is going to believe there is something there
