Did this guy I liked “accidentally” on purpose call me?

All I could hear was mouth noises and things in the background being knocked around. He then messaged me and said it was accidental. In the past we have kissed and touched. He doesn’t like me however so why did he do this? He has been angry with me and blocked me on all platforms and so I am not in his most recent contacts. Why did he do this?

Coming from the clumsiest person ever, it can happen. I have done it many times, even while dropping my phone and trying to catch it. I’ve called people I haven’t spoken to in years and felt so embarrassed. If you hear him knocking stuff around then he most likely did it on accident. Sorry, I know you want it to mean more but not in this case.

Your friends are putting stupid things in your head. First of all, what does your number not being in his recent contacts have to do with anything? Second, so you missed a platform or your number was unblocked somehow. Finally, the timing was strange how?
