I have crush on someone who is 4 years younger than me. I feel a bit bad about it because he is younger. what should I do?

i noticed that he talks to everyone but acts different around me. should i move on and forget about him? the problem is that i see him often at work so i can't avoid him. i think that if he wouldn't be interested he would talk normally like he talks to others. there's also no reason he would hate me i am nice to him and did nothing wrong.

i am a bit shy and im not sure he likes me. i think he is nervous around me becuase he doesn't talk so much and when we make eye contact he holds it and sometimes looks down. today i tried talking to him more and he was a bit more open but not so much. i am not sure how he feels about me and i don't want to froce anything. so i kind of want to let him space to decide what he wants because im confused.
