I want to learn how a shy-with-girl guy get over their shyness and talk to the girl you like?

I am here and want to learn how shy guys get over their feeling and talk to the one they like. I think it’s a mindset game but personally it’s hard for me. Well, just with the girl I like.

I am not shy with girls generally. In contrast, I am often opened to everyone, but as soon as I have a good feeling with some girl, I am so shy that I can’t talk to them normally anymore. I bet because somewhere in my mind trying to stop me making mistakes with that girl.

There is one more thing I want to share that I really don’t have girl friends or a girl-friend in my life.

There's a few ways to look at it.

You need to bring your perception back to something realistic first of all. A lot of people in most things in life have an impression or thought about something before facing it and it's not usually accurate. This only serves to cause anxiety and second guessing; when the most difficult part about anything is just showing up and committing. We get nervous about a class presentation, being a new driver, learning to play a sport, learning to present and conduct yourself in business/workplace, and of course talking to girls we like. But all of these things share the same key factor, to be good at it you need to expose yourself and practice.

Through the experiences of failures and regrets of mistakes, we improve. The same applies to making an ass of yourself talking to a girl you like. Don't hype it up so much, it's just like talking to anyone else and most times things go over much better if you approach people with your feelings set aside and just focus on making a new acquaintance/friend even if your feelings are deeper than that. Taking baby steps toward building that connection or seeing if there is one by their reciprocation is realistic.

That's a little jumbled but hopefully this helps you look at it from a different perspective.

Get on YouTube and look for a channel called "playing with fire" it's a channel that gives practical no bullshit advice on how to become good with girls.

Once you binge a good chunk of the content you can also check out "John Anthony Lifestyle" most others give you stuff that will complicate your life but these guys took me from virgin to having sleept with 11 women in less than two years. And only 11 because I wasn't actively trying

I was very shy as a teen, but I snapped out of that from doing a public speaking course.
