My crush and I always see each other first, despite there being other people in the room- does it mean anything?

if we happen to be in the same area, i always find that when i look up, he’ll be looking at me, so we make eye contact, or we just coincidentally happen to see each other at the same time. but i find that it happens but only with him, not other people. any thoughts on this?

How do you know that your eyes are the first set of eyes that he made contact with all these numerous times. I think you notice him “all the time”….
