I don’t really think of other men when looking at women. If you dress really revealing I tend to think you are attention starved/seeking, have low self-esteem, you’re probably a bit narcissistic, etc. A lot of negative traits means you’re not really going to get treated seriously by me. Other men’s actions don’t affect my actions. If you want to extend that to other men for shits and giggles, then sure other men have probably taking a pass on you and didn’t take you all too serious either. Some probably didn’t even waste their time talking to you. Other’s came for the sex and then disappeared in the middle of the night. You’re not a serious girl. You don’t take yourself seriously, so other people aren’t going to either.

On the second bit, what you wear isn’t a reflection of me at all. Your actions speak for you and you alone. If you care about yourself and dress decent then maybe you have decent self-esteem, but that is not guaranteed. Plenty of girls are materialistic or use shopping therapy to escape their negative emotions. So, it’s more of a question of why you do what you do and that will be exposed in different ways. You’re not more valuable because you wear more expensive clothing or whatever. If you have healthy self-esteem then you are more interesting than someone with low self-esteem. At least you’ve got that going for you. You earn a few points... If you are feminine in general, obviously that is attractive to masculine men. Men like women… That’s pretty straight forward. You being more feminine, doesn’t make me feel more manly. I know what I am and what I’m not. I know I like women, so femininity is more attractive to me than a lack of it...

If I was dating someone new and she wore somewhat, revealing clothes.. 1) I'm loving her confidence. 2) feeling like a bit of a show off myself.. "Check out my girl" 3) hoping this is a sign of her being quite sexually confident and open in the bedroom 4) more power to her for dressing how she wants

If I'm hating on her outfits I'm probably either insecure that I think I'm not enough for her (and she will cheat) or I'm religiously or politically rigid. Either way I think that says more about me than her

Side note.. Its one thing to dress revealing or sexy when you have a perfect body.. But the girls who have some insecurities and dress that way anyway (like the girl who always complains her ass is big but wears little skirts anyway... Superhero in my book. Instantly hugely attractive.

I agree in a way that it´s easier for me to talk a woman if she´s not wearing revealing clothes because then I´m more focused on what she says. A woman in revealing clothes doesn´t make me think of the guys she slept with but rather makes me think of her wanting to get attention for her body and the way she looks not so much for what she says.
