Am I in the wrong?

so there's this guy #1 I've been flirting with and he admitted that he likes me several times. His friend guy#2 all of a sudden started to like me and i always caught him staring at me but didn't ask for my number until a few weeks before he was moving into another city. Some times he (#2) will show interest in me front of his friend (#1) who likes me so i think he may be aware of his friend liking me. So he (#2) out of nowhere asked for my number because he told me i seemed too shy and he wanted to talk to me. He lives in another city now and he and I talk to him almost everyday but im not aware if the guy (#1) who likes me knows. I feel like he does and im hurting his feelings.

His fault for not stepping up. #2 might be a dick if #1 does like you, but that is not your fault. Don't feel bad because people won't be forward.
