My stepdad and I use to be very close he was with my mum for 15 years but unfortunately she passed away recently and I miss her terribly. My stepdad has met some woman and I thought she was nice at first but is always rude to me telling me I need to eat more as I'm slim but I do eat and just mocking me, I recently had an argument with my stepdad and he said I was being rude to her when I wasn't I simply just said you're dog keeps annoying my cat which she does and then my stepdad had a go at me saying I was being rude towards her, they don't include me in anything and they both seem to pick on me abit in a jokey way but I dont find it funny as just lost my mum not in a good frame of mind etc I don't know if I'm being unreasonable or they are and would it be better to cut them off? The girlfriend always seems to give me funny looks too and she's a big girl but always seems to go on about her looks and calls herself fat in front of us both.

I'm really sorry about your mom. You are going through a terrible time and it's being made worse by your stepdad. I think you should talk honestly with him about how all this is making you feel. If he cares about you and the memory of your mom, he'll want to work it out. If as a last resort it doesn't work out, you may need to leave the situation, but you should talk to him privately first.

True I'm trying to be civil even though I can't stand her its hard. All my friends said that it's silly as she's even copied the natural style of makeup I do.

Wow, she is jealous alright, lol.. Sounds like she thinks she has to compete with you for your stepdad's attention.

if your step-dad really cared about you, he would listen to you if you expressed your concern towards this situation, but if he doesn't, well i guess he would just brush it off. so i think you should try tell him how you feel first and see how he reacts.
