I flirt with them from harmless to dirty (if they go that far). But I’m very careful what I say because of work and harassment issues. I only do it if they do it back.

The fact that he’s showing an interest in you probably means he likes you or finds you attractive. Most guys might do some harmless flirting and move on. So maybe he likes you.
