Why would a put up with you still even when he doesn’t want a relationship?

No matter my frustration or outburst he still puts up with me. Not saying he’s a wuss bc he has put me in my place before and he is a busy guy.

But he always says “I want the best for you “ “I really do hope you’re happy” “why don’t you just say what you want”

I told him that I would stop talking to him and he said maybe it would be healthy for you. You seem stressed

then he asked “why are you the way that you are “ I couldn’t answer
