Is he just wanting friends with benefits or a relationship?

I’ve been going out with a guy for a month or so now. He drives pretty far to see me on the weekends and doesn’t stay the night (so he drives down and back in one day because I have roommates). He buys the food, holds my hand in the car and in public, kisses me at random moments, strokes my hair, and texts me good morning and good night texts basically everyday. We also make out and do some other stuff (not quite sex tho bc I’m waiting).

I can’t tell if he’s just coming to see me because he likes spending time with me and the other sexual things we do are just bonus, or if he comes to see me for that sake and doing different fun activities is extra. I am going to ask him soon but I am just curious what others thoughts are?

Is say if you always do sexual things when he comes Over it’s casual. What do you talk about when he isn’t there?

Well we do different activities outside and stuff and just kinda talk about our lives or whatever comes up naturally in conversation

Does he call you his girlfriend and has he introduced you to his friends?

Well we’ve only been going out for a bit like I said so I haven’t met them and they all live further away where he’s from too lol, but he did refer to me as his girlfriend at one small point when explaining something to another person but I think it was for the sake of simplicity (rather than saying “the girl I’m on a date with”)

Ya then it sounds casual. I’d say he is enjoying getting to know you but because he lives far away he can go back to his life. Have you all discussed moving? It’s a relationship if he wants to exclusively date only you

Well we do talk and Snapchat everyday and he responds very fast and so I see pretty much his whole life and he doesn’t go out anywhere besides work.

That’s not healthy if he only works and talks to you. I’d guess he doesn’t have much experience in dating and may not understand how to build a relationship. Have you asked him what he wants over the next year?

I mean he does things other than just that obviously but the majority of the time he is at work. Other than that he is with his friends or his place or working out. And he has mentioned what he wants to do in the next few years.
