As mentioned, this man is a friend with benefit. When we met, we weren't looking for relationship. I met him few times but when I was at his place last, he told me to stay. Out of kindness? Wanting more sex? Maybe he's developed feeling?

If it was just a benefits thing he would not have asked you to stay one the sex was over... If he asked you to stay it was either because of the friends part and he was being thoughtful so you did not have to drive home, or he wanted you to stay so that you might be open to a more open relationship than friends with benefits...
