If your boyfriend invites you over to his home is this a good sign?

My boyfriend bought a brand new townhome a year ago, and we met in June this year via hinge and made it official in August.

About three weeks ago, he invited me over to his home, gave me an entire tour of his house, including his bedroom and had me sit on his bed to see how firm the mattress was, lol, alongside his "game room" in which he suggested where we could watch Netflix. He has also designated a full bathroom for me in his house whenever I come over.
He also asked me if I liked the neighbourhood and also if I liked his home, as he wanted to make sure I liked it.

This is my first relationship, so I assume this is a positive aspect.

What are your thoughts?

Yes I visited for the first time in September throughout the getting to know stage we solely did outdoor activities such as dinners, movies, bowling, shopping, mini golfing etc.

No the same city, just about 35 minutes away by car and 1+ hour by bus.

The timeline seems like everything is moving VERY slow.

Yes we are moving very slow... very very slow, but it is working well so far.
