Guy I’m seeing acting distant, did I do something wrong?

The guy that I have been talking to for months has gone distant after sleeping together twice.

The first time we had sex it was a little awkward and he came fast. He still messaged me the next day and everything seemed fine. He went out of town for two weeks and when he came back he hit me up and asked to come over.

I couldn’t have sex that night cause of some feminine problems but we still made out and he even asked me to spend the night. He gave me clothes to wear, he cuddled me, and gave me forehead kisses. The next morning when I left he asked if I got home safe.

Fast forward a few days later, he invites me over again and we have sex (it was a lot better the second time around). I spend the night again and leave the next morning. He never texts me after that night so I give it a day and text him saying I had a good time and that we should get together again. He waits a whole day to reply and says that he’s busy and he will let me know. It makes me feel uneasy but I don’t confront him about it.

It’s been a week and he hasn’t reached out nor have I messaged him. Did I do something wrong?
