Is he just using me?

This is an unusual type of relationship because we met online (on a game). We’re never met in real life, but have been talking via snap for almost a year now. We never said we’re together (excuse being the distance) but quickly after meeting we confessed our feelings for eachother. We snap everyday and things seem to be great but I'm not sure that when he says he loves me, he truly means it. The first time we talked the first thing he asked was for my snap and nudes i wasn't comfortable to do that so it took a while before i give him my snap, this simple thought got me thinking he might have that as a routine and still is talking to many girls and keeping me on the side while playing with my feelings. The thought of this breaks my heart because I truly care for him. I know this isn’t enough background info, but what do you think? Could he just be using me?

I guess i forgot to mention that after a month of us talking, he removed me off of every social media we share and basically stopped talking to me for a whole week. He then came back with a random text stating “ my name, can i explain?” And i replied saying yes. He went on saying he was scared to get too attached and get hurt and that’s why he pulled away. I replied in a understanding tone and then he said he’d make it up to me and never do that again. This rlly made me question his intentions

Of course he doesn’t mean it. You can’t possibly love someone without meeting them , getting to know the real them and connecting and actual bond that can last without one day just blocking you from his friends list on a game. Love takes a lot more effort than just chatting online everyday. Why are your expectations with love so low, that you would settle for a relationship where you would never meet the guy eventually? He hasn’t put into enough effort to you to deserve your love.

There's no way to have feelings for someone through the internet or text. He was just horny and probably is attracted to you. Could be a nice guy or could be a perv. Hard to tell.
