Was he right to leave me?

I won’t say the things he does wrong that bothered me. This post will be about my self reflection.
I was having doubts bc we were having sex without protection and we weren’t in a relationship. I told him I felt guilty bc I've never done that before. He ignored me. I told him that if he’s upset about something to let me know. He chose to ignore me. I was so hurt I texted him and told him I felt he used me. I later find out he was upset bc he felt what I posted on Instagram was directed towards him. We made up but he never talked to me unless I talked to him first. I later started getting upset so one day when he did text me he sent me a message saying if I ever come to his house sick let him know bc he was feeling sick. I told him I have breathing issues. I’m not sick, I got so upset I told him don’t talk to me anymore. He got so hurt. I told him I’m sorry and tried to make it right.

He may be looking at you as just a friend with benifits at this point as you said you’re not in an actual relationship. Maybe you need to change your relationship status with him before moving forward.

He may also not feel you respect him enough to want a relationship with him and doesn’t think you want an actual relationship with him. So he is locking up his feelings and only responding to you at this point vs trying to engage in a meaningful relationship.

Obviously, he feels like he can’t trust your judgment via Insta incident. Guys do not talk naturally. It is unlikely he will ever open up like you hope. We get hurt when we risk like that especially talkative girls

Yeah he was right to leave you. It wasn't working so there was no reason to not.
