Why would my crush get jealous that I (jokingly said) I sent nudes to my guy friends?

Me and my guy friend wanted to test it out to see if he likes me back without having to admit to it and he told my guy friend “I was giving her dirty looks, wouldn’t look at her or talk to her all night” which is 100% true, he wouldn’t and did indeed give me a dirty look and I asked him what was wrong and he shook his head and ignored me. My guy friend ended up telling him it was a joke and I was fucking around.

He ended up talking to me and goes, “what did you say to ********?” And I told “something about you got mad at me for showing them pictures of me naked because you wanted to see me naked.” and his face got all red and has this “oh fuck” look and he looked all embarrassed about it. And he goes “I was so pissed about that.” and I go “why you got a girlfriend?” We we’re both laughing and cracking jokes, but he then responded with, “Hey, I’m human.”

Is it more so he got jealous at the fact that I sent them nudes and NOT HIM specifically or he got jealous over other dudes seeing me naked?
