I'm guessing that he worries that if you're in a relationship you're not going to give him the pussy that he gets whenever he wants it. Basically you're a friend with benefits. When you can't find anything else and he's horny he gets some contact with you. Why tolerate it? Obviously he doesn't see you as relationship material or you would already be in a relationship with him
