Being sleeping with this guy for over two years on and off. Neither one of us have gone off with other people. He was cheated on by his wife 10 years ago and was badly affected by it.

He says we’re not in a relationship it’s just sex and that it’s not a reciprocal relationship. But lately he has started to come up to visit me at uni which is three hours away from where he lives.
Last time he came up he bought flowers. He stays the night. We watch a film and then we have sex. In the morning we go and get breakfast sit and talk and go for a walk. He’s very affectionate after sex he cuddles me, strokes my hair and arm. he holds my hand. Talks to me about personal things.

That's all great, but if he wanted to be in a relationship with you he would be. None of those things mean that he wants a serious relationship. Also, you are using each other for sex, it's not a one way street. Sounds like he was clear about what he wants. Don't expect that to change.

How long you’ve been seeing him? And what do YOU WANT out your relationship/situation ship with him? Maybe if you clear that up, you’ll know where you stand.
