So there’s this guy whenever he approaches to talk he always stays silent for the first 10 seconds as if he forgot what he’s trying to say and it happens a lot when he’s approaching me he look confident but as soon as he tries to speak to me he forgets what to say and stays silent for a few seconds why do you think he’s acting like that?
