Why would a guy talk to me then ignore?

A guy that I been talking to for a while I was upset the other day didn't talk too much about it he was there for me now he's ignoring me all of a sudden I dont get it

Yep I reached out to him yesterday and nothing he asked if I'm okay i said I'll be okay then nothing and this is a guy I've been talking to from a dating website he added me on whatsapp its complicated as he actually lives with his wife but isn't with her anymore

There are plenty of guys out there, PLENTY. Plenty that don't have wives, or girlfriends, or wives that they still live with but aren't together with. I can all but guarantee he isn't being honest with you.
