Does he like me or am I being paranoid?

So, I’m happily in a long term relationship of 7 years! I recently started a new job (second month in) there’s a guy who I get along with and work with a lot as we’re both training. But, this is where I’m becoming a bit paranoid.. I think he fancies me and it’s making this awkward. He will actively go out of his way to stay a bit later on at work if I’m staying behind, he goes on shorter lunch breaks. He’s gone out of his way to find my Snapchat username (I don’t use Snapchat, just like to nose on there) and he constantly snaps me pointless stuff, even when we’re in the same warehouse.. I open the snaps but never reply. he’s also in a relationship and recently had a baby. Can anyone shed some light on if I’m being super paranoid that he fancies me, I know it sounds silly but if it’s not just me that thinks it I’m going to politely tell him to back off.
