It doesn’t really make me feel weird I just asked if it’s weird that he does this. It’s like anytime we are in the same vicinity he is going out of his way to make eye contact. I don't know it’s hard to explain.

I always made eye contact with my supervisors. I did it out of respect. Just because you are above me at the job, that doesn't make you a better person than me. He should make eye contact with you
