Is it rude of me to ignore a video he sent?

I’m dating this guy. He sent me a video of him smoking and playing PlayStation at some random persons house. Is it rude of me to just ignore this? I have no clue what to say and I’m pretty sure he sent it to a few other people too? He hasn’t replied to my voice notes I specifically sent to him yet so is it rude if I just open it and not respond until he replies to my voice notes. If this makes sense? Or do I seem bitchy doing this? But I don’t wanna reply to him if he’s sent it as a mass video and hasn’t replied to my message yet.
