I sent him a meme (video), he replied that he cannot watch it now, but he saw it later and didn't say anything. Is he offended or what?

The video was about a woman buying led downlighters for her car instead of real headlights due to financial reasons. I sent it to him cause he owns an Alfa Romeo 159, which has problem with the bulbs of the headlights... and wrote " I've found a solution".

Since he hasn't replied yet... I suggest he got offended. How do I handle this?

Or it was so irrelevant it didn't get a response. Not everything is offensive and not everything is going to get a dramatic response.

Well, me neither, but maybe because he is always on the edge with his finances, I guess he could have thought that I'm somehow being sarcastic... But I didn't even think of that at first, it just reminded me of his car. Anyway... do you think I should ask him what's up or anything? He hasn't texted me at all
