Guys in class avoid sitting next to me or act weird around me why is that?

I'm guessing that you intimidate them. You are either much smarter than they are, and guys don't like to appear dumb... especially in front of a girl... or you are exceptionally beautiful and the guys think that you are out of their league.

That is odd. I don't think it's a hygiene issue because the girls wouldn't sit next to you either. So your hygiene is good.
I noticed, when I was in school, no boys would sit with my because I was on the larger size and taller too.
