Reasons men not tell their friends?

I was seeing this guy for a short time. We ended things and remained friends. I’ve hung out with him and one of his best friends.. to which said friend has shown some interest, though has become apparent the one I was seeing before never told him about us hooking up….
I’m a good looking woman.. so why would he not even tell his best bud?

It's normal. Some people like to keep things private and not tell. I'm the same. And I've met people like that too.
