It never bothers me, but I did used to get annoyed when my sister would act like taking care of her pets was the same level of responsibility, and the same level of love, as I had taking care of my son.

I was like "Seriously, you could just put your pet outside if you get stressed out and it would probably be happier to run away in nature, taking care of a baby is a 24 hour a day responsibility and there's no other option but to put your child's needs first."
